To be able to access pricing in our on-line wholesale store, you can contact us by phone toll free 1-866-640-1885 or simply send us an email to info@amboytrading.com - type the word "wholesale" in the subject line and include your name, your business name, address and phone number.  Once you submit your Information, we will e-mail the  access username and password to you.  (You will always use this access information to enter the store.)   Then you will be able to create an account, sign-in, browse the wholesale store, and place orders.

 Policies

We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied. We know that purchasing merchandise on-line, where you don't have an opportunity to see and touch the real thing might be somewhat intimidating. But we are confident, that our merchandise will exceed your expectations as no picture does our beads real justice. At the same time, we understand that occasionally the purchased item may not be exactly what the customer thought it would be.
In that case, the customer may contact us for a return authorization and return the items for a full refund of the purchase price within the return period. Please read our Return Policy below for full details on returning merchandise.

We accept returns within 30 days of order shipment. Items must be in original condition. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all returned items. Return authorization number is required. Call 877-733-7593 for return authorization. We refund the full purchase price of the returned items prorated for any discount applied to the purchase.

Wholesale customers:
If the refunded amount reduces the total invoice such that it changes the discount level, the refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly, or the customer may request a credit towards next purchase.
Example: if the original total purchase price was $120 before discount, ($108 with a 10% discount applied), and customer returns $30 worth of merchandise, then the remaining invoice total results in $90, which is below the $100 level required to qualify for the 10% discount. The resulting refund amounts to $18.

While our catalog represents a large selection of our inventory we are constantly adding beads to our collection. We do our best in keeping items in stock at all times although this is not always possible. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you when we receive your order.
We will require a faxed or e-mailed copy of a resale certificate before shipping a first order to a California-based wholesale customer.
We ship orders via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and USPS Priority Mail within the US; USPS Global Priority Mail elsewhere. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card and checks. Returned unpaid checks incur a $25.00 service charge.
